Netivei HaTorah

Netivei HaTorah

Yeshivat Netivei HaTorah is a Haredi high school yeshiva in Beit Shemesh, intended for graduates of Talmud Torah.

Yeshiva Netivei HaTorah is under the supervision and guidance of Rabbi Karmi Gross, shlit”a, a renowned educator, founder, and head of Beit Midrash Derech Chaim Yeshiva and Netivei HaTorah Yeshiva.

The yeshiva’s vision is to cultivate Bnei Torah and Torah scholars who will continue to grow in Torah and Yirat Shamayim throughout their lives, wherever they go and in whatever profession they choose to work in the future.

The Limudei Kodesh at the yeshiva are taught with the goal of raising Torah scholars who are proficient in Gemara and Halacha. A strong emphasis is placed on the scope of the material studied, so that during the school year, students gain a great sense of satisfaction from the concepts and broad knowledge they acquire, both in Gemara, Halacha, and in other subjects.

The atmosphere at the yeshiva allows students to grow in their אהבת ה’, love for the Torah, and love for the people of Israel and the Land of Israel. The educational staff provides personal attention to each student to enable every student to realize his inherent potential.

The yeshiva places an emphasis on the importance of middot tovot as a necessary and central foundation in the life of a Ben Torah, in the spirit of ‘derech eretz kadma laTorah’. Emphasis is also placed on bearing the public burden and on social involvement. The yeshiva’s students take part in charitable enterprises throughout the city of Beit Shemesh and also volunteer with the elderly and Holocaust survivors.

The secular studies program at the yeshiva is taught at the highest level and without any compromises. Students study towards a full matriculation certificate (Bagrut), including 5 units in mathematics and English, with an additional extended major.
